West Virginia legislature overrides Governor’s veto on concealed weapons bill.

The West Virginia legislature overturned the governor’s veto on a bill that will allow West Virginians 21 and over to carry a concealed weapon without a permit. It will also allow people 18-21 to conceal carry; however, they must go through the proper process of obtaining a permit.

The WV State Senate passed the override 23-11, with the House of Delegates voting 64-33.
