Richwood evacuated after Summit Lake Dam overflow

The National Weather Service has reported that Summit Lake Dam in Greenbrier County, West Virginia, has been breached.

Water overflowed and began spilling over the dam, and citizens in Richwood are being evacuated.

As reported on WBOY, rescue personnel from from Kanawha, Fayette, and Pocohontas counties are contributing to the evacuation.
