These Raycon Earbuds Might Be the Best Under $100

Not all wireless earbuds are worth the hype. Some cut out at the worst times, others feel like plastic pebbles in your ears, and most of them die after just a few hours. So when I started using the Raycon Everyday Earbuds, I wasn’t expecting to be impressed— but I was.

Right out of the box, these earbuds feel well-built. The case is small enough to slide into your pocket, and the earbuds themselves are super lightweight. They’re designed to fit snugly, and the gel tips are surprisingly comfortable, even after a few hours. I wore them while running errands, mowing the lawn, and binge-listening to a podcast, and they never slipped out once or made my ears ache.

One of the biggest wins for me is the battery life. You get about 8 hours of use on a single charge, and the case holds enough power to recharge the earbuds three more times. That means you can realistically go days without needing to plug anything in. And if you’re in a rush, a 10-minute charge gives you over an hour of listening time. That’s perfect for those mornings when you realize your earbuds are dead as you’re walking out the door.

Sound quality is another area where Raycon stepped up. Whether I was listening to acoustic tracks or bass-heavy playlists, the audio quality was consistently clean and full. And the noise cancellation? Surprisingly good. It doesn’t completely block out the world like high-end over-ear headphones, but it cuts down on background chatter and traffic noise. It made a noticeable difference during phone calls, too.

The multipoint connection is a feature I didn’t know I needed until I had it. I could switch between my laptop and phone without having to disconnect and reconnect every time. It just works—and when tech works smoothly, it’s a beautiful thing.

These earbuds are also IP66 rated, which basically means they can handle sweat, light rain, and a bit of dust without breaking a sweat (pun intended). I took them on a hike and through a light spring drizzle, and they came out just fine.

If you’re tired of earbuds that disappoint—either in comfort, sound, or battery life—the Raycon Everyday Earbuds are a strong contender. They strike a nice balance between convenience and performance, and they don’t require a tech degree to figure out. For under $100, you’re getting a lot of value packed into a tiny pair of earbuds.
