BUCKHANNON, WV — Robert Osburn announced on December 15, 2017, that he is entering the race for Buckhannon city council.
There are presently two seats up for a vote, one held by Councilwomen Mary Albaugh and the other occupied by Councilman Dave Thomas. Albaugh told the Record Delta that she would seek re-election, while Thomas expressed that he was concerned if he could be able to continue functioning as a councilman, and that he would go through consultation within his circle.
