Deborah Ann Kittle, age 80, of Camden Avenue, Buckhannon, died Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at her home. She was born in Buckhannon, WV on July 22, 1945, a daughter of the late Dale Garrett and Betty Lou Garton Colerider. On April 22, 1966, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Robert H. “Bob-Bob” Kittle, who preceded her in death on November 1, 2017. She is survived by one daughter Cynthia and husband John McQuiston of Kennett Square, PA; one son Robert (Rob) Kittle, II and wife Tonya of Buckhannon; four grandchildren: Kaitlyn McComas, Andrew McComas, Taylor Kittle, and McKenzie Kittle; one great granddaughter Emmerson McComas; one brother Gary Colerider and wife Debbie of Rockledge, FL; a special great aunt Winifred Garton of Buckhannon; two sisters-in-law: Sharon and husband Bill Kimble of Buckhannon and Linda Mingo of Boynton Beach, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
Debbie graduated Buckhannon-Upshur High School before attending the Morgantown Beauty Academy. She went on to spend several years helping families find homes in Upshur County as a realtor with Century 21 and later Manley Real Estate. Her bounty of creativity was displayed in the beautiful greeting cards she made and taught others to make. Recently, she began creating Diamond Art and gifting her creations to friends and family. Countless hours of fun and laughter were spent with Debbie around the card table where she enjoyed teaching others new card games. Debbie was an active volunteer and member of the CEOS. She deeply loved her community of Upshur County and leaves behind countless friends whose lives she touched in numerous special ways.
The family has honored her request for cremation and private inurnment with her husband will be made at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Debbie may be made to your favorite charity.
