USER COMMENTS
User comments solely belong to the authorship of the specific user and are held within the terms of service of Facebook, Inc. COWGER MEDIA LLC cannot be held liable for any comments posted using the Facebook comment section or any user comment section that is open for unmonitored public input. This does not include the authorship of news articles and content, whereas COWGER MEDIA LLC retains full ownership and authorship.
COWGER MEDIA assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Site for inappropriate content or conduct. If at any time COWGER MEDIA chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the Site, COWGER MEDIA nonetheless assumes no responsibility and no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate content and no responsibility for the conduct of the user submitting any User Content. As user comments are made using a third-party commenting system, this responsibility would be according to the terms within the third-party, Facebook, Inc.

FAIR USAGE
COWGER MEDIA LLC’s news articles can be cited in brief paragraphs, limited to 200 words; however, they must be attributed to Mountaineer Journal. Headlines may also be used, when citing COWGER MEDIA LLC’s news articles, as long as they are also attributed to Mountaineer Journal.
MODIFICATION; TERMINATION
The Terms of Use set out the legally binding terms for your use of the Services. We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove all or part of the Terms of Use at any time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by COWGER MEDIA to the Site. Otherwise applicable sections of the Terms of Use shall survive termination. You agree to check the Terms of Use for updates on a regular basis and to discontinue use of the Site if you do not agree with the then operative Terms of Use.
