Donna Jean Marteney, age 79, of McDermott Ridge Road, Buckhannon, died Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at her home. She was born in Clarksburg, WV on January 26, 1947, a daughter of the late James Charles and Vonda Louise Freed Leuliette. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one stepdaughter Kelly Marteney. She is survived by her husband Jack L. Marteney; three sons: John Marteney and wife Stacy of Buckhannon, Scott Marteney and wife Susie of Fort Ashby, WV, and Chuck Marteney and wife Janie of Buckhannon; one daughter Terri Jo and husband Dale Bennett of Tallmansville; one stepdaughter Jacklynn Shaw of Warner Robins, GA; thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; two brothers: James “Pete” Leuliette of Bridgeport and Ronald Leuliette and wife Joyce of Lumberport; one sister Jane Kissinger of Orange Park, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
Donna was an active member of the Sand Run Baptist Church, TOPS, and was a past member of the Buckhannon Women’s Club. She loved assisting with church activities, reading, and spending time with her family.

The body will be cremated and no public service will be held.
