WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV — After being drenched with thunderstorms, White Sulphur Springs is under extremely high water. On Thursday afternoon, a burning house floated down Howard’s Creek.
Howard’s Creek flows through the town and overflowed following several inches of rain.
